You should email the managers if you have a complaint that needs to be taken care of rather than posting it to the General Board for all to see.You should never get into disputes with other members on the boards. Before you email the managers, please be aware that when you send an email to the managers it goes to ALL of the managers and their assistants. Be careful of what you say (especially if it's concerning another manager or the assistants) so as not to anger or hurt someones feelings.
Go to a group you belong to. Sign in and go to the 'What's New' page. To get there, look at the very top on the left hand side in the navagation bar and click on "What's New".
Once you are at the 'What's New' page look to the right side and find the box that says "Member Tools". It looks like this...
click on the 'Send E-mail to managers. Once you do that it will appear like you are about ready to post a message to the General Board. Rest assured that your message will go only to the managers and their assistants and will not be posted to the General Board. If you are worried about it, check the General Board to see for yourself that it isn't there.
IMPORTANT - If you do not have your e-mail address showing in your profile and you want a reply, you need to make sure
you include your e-mail address in the e-mail to managers.
