The first thing you need to do is highlight your text or click on your graphic so the place holders show, as shown in pic. 1 & 2

Next you need to click on the insert link icon, as shown in pic.3

The insert link dialog should appear, now you can either copy and paste your link in or type it in manually, as shown in pic. 4

When you have typed or pasted your link in make sure that the extra http:// is removed, as shown in pic. 5

When working with images, the insert link box will differ a little. If
you want to have a border around your image make sure the box next to "Display a border around the image link" is checked.

Next you need to click on the insert button, as shown in pic. 7

Please note that your link will not become active until you save your page or send your message
