First select up to four tiles that you would like in your tabled page and place them in your album.
Now open a reply page on the General board (it helps to have a private group where you work on your backgrounds & whatever).
On the toolbar on your reply page you will need to:
1. Click on the insert table icon (see below)
2. A new window will open. the first thing to do is change the Rows and Columns Boxes to 1.
3. Click on padding and spacing next. I put my cell padding at 10, but it depends on how much of the bottom layer you want to show. Put 0 in cell spacing.
4. Click on Borders set it to 0.
5. Click on Background. Now go to your photo album. Find the background background you chose for your first layer. Left click to see the preview. Next right click on the tile and click on Properties.
6. You will need to copy the Address (URL). To do this Click at the start of the http: hold down the left mouse button and highlight all of the URL. You will need to drag the mouse downward as part of the URL is rolled out of site. Then right click and copy.
7. Go back to your reply page and click in the box where it says 'Background Image URL:' On your keyboard click ctrl and v.
This will put the URL in the box.
